construction, managing 150 plus employees, setting production and performance standards,

setting and directing operations budgets, for plant inventory control, shipping and receiving,

monitoring plant to ensure to OSHA regulations and standards, communication and reporting to

corporate headquarters and local community.

Brought plant to highest quality and efficiency within the cooporation.

Influential in developing an operations and safety manual.

Developed employee based Safety Committee.

Developed and managed four Quality Control Inspectors

Trained employees and initiated Lean Manufacturing Process.
