STARCON, with corporate offices in Illinois and job sites across the nation, provided the opportunity for a telecommuting work
arrangement. During this time I relocated to Kentucky with my family. Led the conversion to Cianbroʹs enterprise platform for
HR and payroll.
• Worked with executive and senior leaders to create and maintain operating plans to achieve the strategic vision and
operating platforms that define people, process, tools and technology.
