contractors. Oversee the daily maintenance and custodial requirements County properties including equipment maintenance and
repairs, landscaping, and custodial duties. Develops and implements preventative maintenance programs for countywide applications.
Prepare bid specifications for major capital improvements and County maintenance and service agreements. Assist in the design of
capital projects working with Architects, Engineers and Consultants. Develops and administers budget for the Public Works function.
