. Brief: EnterCard Norway AS is a financial company that issues credit
cards in the Norwegian/Danish market. It outsourced the Card operations
and technical department to Capgemini India.
Being a very first member and module lead of the technical team I had a
challenging responsibility of successfully completing knowledge transfer
and understand business process, create a team back in India and
provide training to new team members and run entire process from India
successfully. I used my previous experience in card doamin and worked
intensively on daily operations, resolving issues, handle user
queries, identification of improvement areas and automation of new
business processes. Now successfully handling technical team of 8
members and delivering as per business requirement.
Oracle Data-warehouse (Nitro/Sapient)
Client: Sapient co-operation.
. Brief: Sapient is a marketing and consulting company that provides
business, marketing, and technology services to clients.
It acquired a company Nitro(UK) and the data-warehouse had to be
enhanced in order to merge data from Nitro to existing system. I was
part of development and support team and actively participated in data
mapping through OBIEE, created new procedures to customize data and put
in relevant tables, testing, report customization etc.

. Brief: Total System Services, Inc. (commonly referred to as TSYS) is the
largest processor of merchant acquirers and card issuers (#1 for credit
card issuers and #2 for merchant processing in the United States). TSYS
processes over $1 trillion a year in credit and debit card transactions.
I was working as a Analyst in CSD (Central Service Desk) department and
taking care of multiple client's card processing unit, the main
responsibility was to remote acces their data center and resolve their
technical issues, write scripts and provide fix for existing issues and
new business requirements, create new processes and reports as per
business requirement.
