Duties: As I work as a Federal Traffic Investigator and Special Reaction Team member (SRT) for Redstone Arsenal/ NASA Police Dept in Huntsville, Alabama. I serve as a certified and qualified designated marksman (sniper) on the Special Reaction Team, certified through the US Army. My duties consist enforcing traffic laws and serve as lead investigator in all traffic accident investigations. I also serve as the designated marksman/ observer Redstone Police Special Reaction Team (SRT)before that I served as entry Team leader. I am also trained on entry team tactics and very proficient in close quarters combat. As a SRT member I am trained to handle any Special threat situation that occurs to include High Risk warrant; drug raids; barricaded subject; active shooter situations; protective services(PSD);convoy security; hostage rescue and anti sniper. I receive regular training in weapons, breaching techniques, Tactical entry techniques, rappelling, room clearing, close quarter combat, PSD, vehicle assaults and intense physical training. I attended a marksman observer course through us army and have been teams designated marksman observer(sniper) for two years now. As a sniper I receive regular training/ shooting on M110 SAS rifle. I am trained and proficient in DDM/ DMO tactics to include; shot placement; shot accuracy; recon/ surveillance tactics; distance shooting; position shooting; anti sniper tactics; observer tactics; proficient with weapon system. I attended SRT Phase II designated marksman/ observer course/ urban sniper course at FT. Lenardwood, MO. I am very tactical proficient in my job and I am responsible for the law enforcement and security of Redstone Arsenal Home to NASA. SRT is always detailed to provide protective services (PSD) to all high ranking officials and VIPS. I have excellent communication skills and 11 years of Tactical SRT experience and over 6 years in Team leader role.
Duties: as Triple Canopy Security Contractor/ Shift Supervisor: I Supervised 10 armed Triple Canopy (TC) Security contractors which was responsible for site security and Force protection at a secret location in Israel. I Directed work personnel, engaged in access control and protective physical security services. My work personnel also provided area security to the site to include roving patrols, surveillance and counter surveillance. I Planned and supervised tactical exercises with Israeli Defense Force (IDF) in compliance with DOD Force Protection SOP and regulations. I conducted weekly security briefings to the site commander on current security operations. I insured that all communications, Tactical Automated Security System (TASS) to include cameras and alarms were properly working. I maintained on site accountability of ammunition, radios, communication and equipment. Conducted weekly trainings to ensure training standards are met and maintained, to include monthly weapon qualifications; the use of weapons, protection against espionage, sabotage, and subversive actions; suppression of riots; demonstrations/disorders; traffic/crowd control; use of deadly force; use of and response to electronic intrusion detection systems; apprehension of persons or vehicles; inspection of vehicles; enforcing identification and control system; close quarters combat/shooting training; reacting to direct and indirect fire; and operating credential verification and vehicle/cargo inspection equipment to detect explosives, chemical agents and other substances. I conducted daily inspections of personnel, condition of weapons and equipment, and manner of performance and ensured correction of irregularities. Exercise technical and administrative supervision over my work force. Also conducted performance evaluations on all shift personnel. I was also responsible for dispatch and supervision of the Special Reaction Team (SRT) during contingency / high threat situations. I personally conducted all SRT training for my security shift. I received excellent performance evaluations from my superiors for my work as Security Supervisor for Triple Canopy INC.I Pride myself on my leadership capabilities and maintaining a high level of tactical and technical proficiency. I currently have valid DOD secret security clearance.
Duties: as a Police Officer and Special Reaction Team Member (SRT) for the Department of the Defense at the Joint Manufacturing Center in Lima, Ohio. My duties consist of conducting investigations of crimes and suspected criminal activities; enforce federal, state, UCMJ and local laws; respond to all emergency situations; investigate accidents; conduct preliminary investigations of security breaches; arrest suspects; compile evidence; give depositions; testifies in court; conduct subject, witness and victim interviews; obtain sworn statements and write police reports using the COPS system; operate patrol vehicles; direct traffic; operate radar speed detection devices; operate alcohol breath analysis equipment; I also provide protection to VIPs. I receive regular intensive training and exercises in anti-sniper techniques, special weapons, breaching, chemical agent use and response, tactical entry techniques to include air mobile and rappelling as a Special Reaction Team Member (SRT). I am trained to respond to high risk and high threat situations to include national emergency situations as a member of the Special Reaction Team (SRT). I maintain high level proficiency in variety of weapons and weapon utilization techniques to include close quarters combat and hostage rescue situations. I engage in regular recurring intensive physical training exercises and I maintain a high level of physical conditioning. I also prepare reports of incidents and activities. I served as Entry Team leader on SRT.
Duties: As a Military Police Investigator/Detective NCOIC (MPI) and Military Police Special Reaction Team NCOIC. I conducted law enforcement investigations of FT. Stewart, Georgia while assigned to the 179th MP DET. My Duties consisted of Collection of evidence; conducting subject, victim and witness interviews; surveillance of high crime areas; investigating all crimes dealing with domestic violence and minors; investigating all misdemeanor crimes to include, UCMJ offenses and felony crimes; crime scene processing; canvassing high crime areas for investigative leads; proof reading and correcting police reports; court room testimony; obtaining latent prints; finger printing subjects; obtaining subject, victim and crime scene photographs; conduct patrols and respond to emergency calls. Im also proficient in report writing, advising of legal rights and interrogation techniques. Very proficient in investigating federal, state, UCMJ and local laws. As an investigator/Detective I maintained an 87% solve rate. I trained new Military Police Investigators and was assistant NCOIC of MPI. In 2005 I was delegated some of the NCOIC/ supervisor duties for the MPI section. Supervisor duties consisted of supervision of eight detectives; performance evaluations/ counseling’s of all senior investigators; trained subordinates in investigative techniques; properly assured army standards were met and maintained by subordinates; properly assured equipment was inventoried; gave assistance to subordinates with their investigations and properly assigned work load; planned, supervised and conducted training for the MPI section; provided current work schedule/ DA-6 for MPI section; recommended awards and promotions for subordinates and appropriately managed all soldier issues in the MPI section. I planned, supervised, coordinated and conducted multiple health and welfare inspections/raids on barracks or government housing in search of drugs, weapons, contraband, evidence, signs of theft, offenders and signs of child neglect as an investigator/Detective. In 2004 received recognition for an investigation I conducted along with ATF on the arrest of two Georgia militia members and seizure of multiple weapons and unexploded ordinances that were taken from FT. Stewart. I Held the equivalent to a GS-7 position for three years working as a Military Police Investigator/Detective.
I completed Military Police Special reaction team (SRT) school in 2002 and shortly after completion I was assigned to the FT. Stewart Special reaction team, which was an additional duty to MPI. As a Military Police Special reaction team (SRT) member I was trained to handle special threat situations which included high risk warrants; drug raids; barricade subjects; hostage situations; anti terrorism situations; counter surveillance; sniper threat situations; protection/security of high ranking officials and respond to emergency situations at FT. Stewart, Georgia. I'm trained in unarmed self-defense, weapon retention, disarming techniques, arrest techniques and precision shooting. As a SRT member I am highly trained in Tactical law enforcement procedures and Security procedures. I had to maintain a high physical fitness standard and qualify expert with all weapons. As a SRT member I provided security for the President of the United States (POTUS), other high-ranking officials and personal security for multiple entertainers visiting FT. Stewart. In 2004 I competed in Southeastern SWAT Challenge against 13 other teams. I was also in charge of our SRT Physical Fitness program. Also in 2004 I was responsible in the training of 300 new Military Police in basic arrest techniques and law enforcement procedures. In 2004 I attended and completed Network one Advanced close quarters shooting/combat course, an advanced tactical police school. In 2004 supervised a SRT security/PSD team to provide security and protection to celebrity entertainers staying on FT. Stewart for special events. In 2005 I conducted a mission with United States Secret service and other government agencies to provide security/protection to the President of the United States and other world leaders during the G8 summit held in Savannah, GA. I served as the Point man on the FT. Stewart SRT and assistant NCOIC duties. I Implemented team training which includes tactical/entry, shooting /firearms or physical and I assured SRT standards were met and maintained. In 2005 I was named SRT NCOIC/ Supervisory duties for one year and 2 months. My supervisory duties consisted of planning, supervising and conducted SRT training; assuring SRT was receiving real world training; assuring SRT standards were being met and maintained by tactical, weapons qualification or physical training; made sure all SRT equipment was accounted for and mission ready; conducted performance evaluations on SRT members. I’m proficient in coordinating, planning and conducting real world training dealing with hostage situations; barricaded subject; active shooter; drug raids; unarmed self defense; arrest techniques; physical training and fire arm proficiency and accuracy. I have conducted multiple raids/ health and welfares on barracks and government housing in search of drugs or contraband. The SRT trained vigorously twelve days a month to stay proficient. I have 10 years of SRT experience and six years in a leadership role. I have participated and completed five SRT/ tactical law enforcement schools and conducted multiple training missions/ scenarios, to be trained and maintain a high level of tactical proficiency. I feel certain that I can handle any SRT role given due to my training and experience.
Duties as Military Police/ SGT E-5 (Combat Operations) . Before I worked in Military Police Special Operations I served In a Combat line unit at FT. Stewart, GA. I am trained and proficient in multiple combat operations to include Convoy security; Route recon; operate and supervise combat check point and TCP; static security; PSD operations; the handle of combative prisoners; while working as Military Police I excelled in the field being promoted ahead of my peers. In 2000 I represented FT. Stewart in the 2001 War Fighter competition. A competition of the best Military Police in the army. In 2001 I was deployed on operation Noble Eagle in Which my unit worked with Pentagon Police in Static Security and Law Enforcement operations of the pentagon after the attacks on 911. My duties in this operation consisted of operations of check points and tcp, tactical patrols, static security, VIP protection, and served as member of Special reaction team for the Navy Annex. In 2002 I was deployed on Operation Enduring Freedom to Afghanistan. While in OEF I severed as a team leader for a Military Police Combat Team. I supervised and conducted combat Patrols, conducted convoy security missions, conducted route recon missions, conducted react to contact missions, conducted protective service missions, and supervised combat check points and TCP’s. I also conducted and supervised static security mission of Bagrham Air base. I also worked in a Secret US confinement facility handling combative Prisoners of war and supervised the facilities Quick Reaction Force. I supervised and conducted air missions dealing with pick up and transfer of prisoners of war. I always ensured my team was proficient in weapons to include maintenance, physically and mentally fit, and trained to handle any mission given.
