Hello, my name is Christian Velez. I'm bilingual; I speak both English
and Spanish fluently. I studied at the Le Cordon Bleu CCA. Ideally I would
like to find a position in baking pastries or on a line cooking as part of
a team during the week and brunch on the weekends. However, any position
would be appreciated. I am very well rounded with my cooking and baking
skills plus I am able to follow simple and complex recipes I am a fast
learner and work well with others in a team environment.
I have very strong work ethic. I am motivated by my passion for food
and my drive to succeed. I work well under pressure and thrive in fast
paced environments, when placed in a leadership position I am able to
perform with professional and friendly service to customers and my co-
workers. My ability to come up with simple solutions to complicated tasks

Objective:
I am a Culinary Arts student with over four years of kitchen experience.
