Lead a team of 4 Account Managers, Cash room staff, office staff, 2 centralized service and install
departments, 41 vending route drivers, three physical plants, over 1000 accounts from Framingham MA to
the New York border as well as the entire state of Ct.
Completely diagnosed operational deficiencies and made corrections based on operational needs while
additionally reducing the payroll costs down to 2013 budgeted amounts
Reconfigured entire district, consolidating route operations in MA to two branches from three with a net
