I was a team leader managing 3 large applications which integrated
with the main "FIRST" application. I worked on several projects which
integrated these applications with the main application and also

systems they integrated with. I also managed the BAU team for these
applications juggling multiple requests for changes with limited
resources.
The systems at IRD were leading technology at the time and very
complex, unix and cobol, and I was responsible for managing a team of
15 staff, interacting with the provider (who was acquired by Accenture
some years ago), writing and reviewing functional specifications as
well as signing off on the technical specifications before they were
developed.
Various roles in the time at IRD on the business side.
