Insurance Consultant Supervisor

Within my position as Insurance Consultant Supervisor, I currently manage a team of 6 advisers, working

within the FCA and DPA regulations. I’m a great motivator, and in order to keep my team driven I offer

regular training to ensure they are up to date and focused on the job at hand. I organise regular incentives

and hold weekly meetings with my staff, congratulating them on their progress. I also find that praising them

throughout the day keeps them motivated and keen to continue developing their skills. I organise and update

my team on their expected daily targets, whilst also taking client calls myself. I am fully competent in

setting up insurance policies for new clients, renewing policies, processing mid-term adjustments and selling

additional extras, therefore the majority of my working day is spent liaising and interacting with clients

directly. As a result, I gained promotion to supervisor, after being awarded with the ‘Most successful

Salesperson of 2012’ – I have consistently been able to hit my 65% sales targets every month since starting

my career at Lexham.

Front of House

From May 2009 I worked part time at the Saracens Head waiting tables, working in the kitchen and cleaning

the guest accommodation. In 2011 I was offered a full time position working front of house, completing

general ad-hoc duties, tasks within the office including taking bookings, re-writing the restaurant menus,

staff rotas and stock control.
