PEBSAL is one of the leading organizations in Bangladesh, engaged in designing and erecting steel structure
buildings. The100,000 sq. ft fabrication plant has capacity of 12000 tons of steel structure per year.
• Project Manager in Charge for RAR Tower Project, Dhaka, Bangladesh – a high quality multi
storied commercial building. The project included civil construction, steel structure erection, diesel
generator selection and installation, review of HVAC design and system installation, fire protection system,
elevator installation, and electrical work.
• Project Manager in Charge for Aluminum Geodesic Dome – 42 meter diameter and 12 meter
height Aluminum structured dome in Bangladesh Military Academy. The Dome was designed and
fabricated by CST USA and the glass panels were supplied by Saint Gobain, India.
• Modesty EPZ – steel structure factory building. Supervised the erection work.
• Business Development – Developed new market with existing and new products such as covered
vans and mobile homes, EOT crane and Intumescent paint in Bangladesh.
• Implemented of ISO 9000-2008 standards in PEB Steel Alliance Ltd. The role included detail
study of ISO 9000-2008 clauses to determine the application in relation to company operation,
development of documentation, implementation and maintenance of ISO standards, and conducting training
sessions.
The Project Management role for the above projects included developing project specifications per customer
requirement as an input to the design team, working with the design team to develop the design package. The
role required working with manufacturing department and suppliers to ensure on-time material delivery to the
project site; working closely with consultants for design review, visiting suppliers to ensure the quality, on-
time material delivery, and erection work.

applications.
Lead Engineer for BHP - Shenzi and Neptune project; Williams Energy - Perdito Norte & Blind Faith project. This
role required corresponding with the customers to work out interfaces and resolving technical issues, writing Rig
Book for individual projects. Duties also included working closely with project management.
• Performed initial design for converting the existing horizontal connector to blind connector that would
close the jumper and allow the sub-sea tree to be disconnected for maintenance.
• Reproduced the design package for 6, 8 and 10 inch vertical connectors and receiver structures to the
customer requirements.
• Developed jumper fab design package meeting the customer jumper design and metrology data.
• Designed a new jumper fab stand for 20 inch jumper and 20 inch super Cameron vertical connector running
tool.
• Performed design verification of a 75-ton lifting clamp for different lifting angles.

specifications.
• Developed product specifications and analyzed payload mission critical data and designs for
