Resume of
Alberto Villari
Personal Profile As Data Governance / Information Quality Manager I’m currently in
charge of facilitating and improving of the Business Information
processes and flows.
Reporting to the Strategic Marketing and Business Coordination, I’m
in charge of developing the Data Governance programme within the
Bulgari Group, managing a team of direct and indirect ICT resources,
as well as external consultants, for the development, deployment and
training of corporate Data Quality tools and systems. I’m currently
directing cross-functional teams in the deployment of multiple
projects of business value, related to the Data/Information
Governance area, enabling the increase of internal customer
satisfaction, business processes effectiveness and efficiency, and
business profits.
I am now in charge of the major Corporate Reporting project, driving
the requirements collection, design and deployment of a panel of
official reports and views on the main business performance
indicators, compliant with the LVMH directives, for the use of Top
Managements and Board of Directors.
I’m highly motivated, customer focused and results-oriented, with
strong attitude to conceptualisation, presentation and communication,
as I believe that great part of the success of a project is in
communicating it properly, and getting everyone “on board” to get
the right commitment and sponsorship.
I am willing to learn new technologies and methodologies and I go to
great lengths to get the right results. I’m willing to travel, and I’m
now interested in new managerial challenges in building and driving
new Information Governance structures in the Information
Technology and Business Intelligence areas in a multinational
environment.
