Set strategic direction for all creative work and drove execution of

projects and network of 136 chapter websites, 45 alumnae websites, and 10

satellite sites using content management system. Managed a budget and

vendors.

. Organizational Leadership. Led change initiative to bring creative in-

house, saving the fraternity about $200,000 annually, and additional

$250,000 during convention years.

. Website Change Initiative. Drove large-scale $250,000 overhaul of

Fraternity website including redesign and pioneering integration with

iMIS database and Ektron content management system that has become a

model for other Greek groups. Website now contains 60,000+ content

blocks of information including member profiles, chapter microsites,

and a resource library.

. Ecommerce Store. Used Ektron's eCommerce functionality to rebuild

online store, resulting in 25% increase in sales the first year.

. Chapter Network. Developed network of chapter websites for 136

chapters to eliminate the need for chapters to contract with web

developers and ISPs, and strengthening the fraternity's brand under a

cohesive look. Received 100% participation almost immediately.

. Social Network. Produced eSisters network, customizing Ektron's

eIntranet system, that was regarded as a groundbreaking benefit within

the Greek community by allowing members to search database of 250,000

member profiles and by launching with 12,000 pre-built groups.

SHARP APPROACH, INC. Ballwin, MO ( January 2006-May 2007

Responsible for developing innovative marketing solutions to support the

company's business needs and objectives, and to assist in the creative

development of UX and UI platforms for its clients.

. New business development. Assisted in the development of Dynamic

Approach, a corporate mentoring firm, and Sharp Connection, an

Internet service provider, two new subsidiaries of Sharp Approach.

. Increased visibility and market share. Successfully implemented new

strategic marketing initiatives, including SEO, web, television and

radio advertising. Served as vendor and media contact.

CREATIVE MEDIA SOLUTIONS Chesterfield, MO ( December 2001-January 2006

Launched and led firm focused on multimedia, managing team of three art

directors, a copywriter, and an account executive. Drove creative process,

determined client needs, and conducted presentations.

. Organizational Leadership. Established entire operating infrastructure

for firm including hiring, job descriptions, project management, and

. Animated Videos. Created highly regarded portfolio of 15-minute 3D

animated product demo videos, including scripts and soundtracks, for

Hadley and McCloy to showcase international work. Created marketing CD

for Kaiser Electric designed to build market share for this electrical

contractor, resulting in #7 ranking increasing to #4 in St. Louis.

. Packaging and Motion Graphics. Delivered 20% increase in DVD sales for

Drury Outdoors, a producer of hunting TV programs for the Outdoor

Channel, by redesigning packaging and motion graphics for several DVD

titles.

McGREW JEFFERSON KEELER St. Louis, MO ( April 1996-November 2001

$24 million full-service graphic arts company.

Creative Director

Recruited to dual roles of providing creative direction and of building the

creative business. Managed 7 artists in 2 offices, directed the project

workload, conducted presentations to clients, and reviewed all creative

projects for quality and consistency.

. Organizational Leadership. Expanded the company's creative department,

hiring and training a team of 7, and purchasing hardware, software,

and equipment. By 2001, group generated $600,000 in annual revenue

from concept-through-fulfillment services.

. Olympic Posters. Completed in 1 week design and delivery of 6 posters

for the Atlanta Summer Games, resulting in 180,000 posters sold,

requiring 3 reprints.

. Revenue Growth. Took over a project, The Year of Our Lord Calendar,

which typically resulted in sales of 30,000 units to church groups

annually. Hired a new photographer for nature photos, redesigned

calendar, and created a sell sheet for marketing, driving sales to

60,000 units.

. Packaging. Created Super Bowl packaging for Kodak/CPI/Fox Photo

disposable camera in 1999, producing sales of 15,000 cameras that

required an additional printing.

. Full-color Coffee Book. Produced book displaying artwork by Jesse

Barnes and sold through retail outlets; initial 5,000 sold out in 6

months, requiring second printing.
