Set strategic direction for all creative work and drove execution of
projects and network of 136 chapter websites, 45 alumnae websites, and 10
satellite sites using content management system. Managed a budget and
vendors.
. Organizational Leadership. Led change initiative to bring creative in-
house, saving the fraternity about $200,000 annually, and additional
$250,000 during convention years.
. Website Change Initiative. Drove large-scale $250,000 overhaul of
Fraternity website including redesign and pioneering integration with
iMIS database and Ektron content management system that has become a
model for other Greek groups. Website now contains 60,000+ content
blocks of information including member profiles, chapter microsites,
and a resource library.
. Ecommerce Store. Used Ektron's eCommerce functionality to rebuild
online store, resulting in 25% increase in sales the first year.
. Chapter Network. Developed network of chapter websites for 136
chapters to eliminate the need for chapters to contract with web
developers and ISPs, and strengthening the fraternity's brand under a
cohesive look. Received 100% participation almost immediately.
. Social Network. Produced eSisters network, customizing Ektron's
eIntranet system, that was regarded as a groundbreaking benefit within
the Greek community by allowing members to search database of 250,000
member profiles and by launching with 12,000 pre-built groups.

for Kaiser Electric designed to build market share for this electrical
contractor, resulting in #7 ranking increasing to #4 in St. Louis.
. Packaging and Motion Graphics. Delivered 20% increase in DVD sales for
Drury Outdoors, a producer of hunting TV programs for the Outdoor
Channel, by redesigning packaging and motion graphics for several DVD
titles.

Recruited to dual roles of providing creative direction and of building the
creative business. Managed 7 artists in 2 offices, directed the project
workload, conducted presentations to clients, and reviewed all creative
projects for quality and consistency.
. Organizational Leadership. Expanded the company's creative department,
hiring and training a team of 7, and purchasing hardware, software,
and equipment. By 2001, group generated $600,000 in annual revenue
from concept-through-fulfillment services.
. Olympic Posters. Completed in 1 week design and delivery of 6 posters
for the Atlanta Summer Games, resulting in 180,000 posters sold,
requiring 3 reprints.
. Revenue Growth. Took over a project, The Year of Our Lord Calendar,
which typically resulted in sales of 30,000 units to church groups
annually. Hired a new photographer for nature photos, redesigned
calendar, and created a sell sheet for marketing, driving sales to
60,000 units.
. Packaging. Created Super Bowl packaging for Kodak/CPI/Fox Photo
disposable camera in 1999, producing sales of 15,000 cameras that
required an additional printing.
. Full-color Coffee Book. Produced book displaying artwork by Jesse
Barnes and sold through retail outlets; initial 5,000 sold out in 6
months, requiring second printing.
