I have been employed at the South African Revenue Services for the past 19 years. My last position held was
at SARS within the Enterprise Business Enablement division as a Specialist: Policy Analyst. My portfolio
included analyzing SARS operational environment in relation to international conventions and agreements,
law applications, legislative changes, quality management standards and best practices. I provided advisory,
liaison and support services to SARS Branch Offices, Head Office divisions and external clients relating to the
understanding and use of current and new policies and standards operating procedures to ensure clarity,
