Performs several tasks involving the general upkeep of all Army supplies and equipment. Mentor the soldier in

support of the unit supply missions. In accordance with HQ DA regulations, FORSCOM< XVIII ABN CORPS

G-4, Fort Bliss and procedures that include unit supply SOP's and (PAAT) team procedures. Maintain the

professionalism, develop a cohesive working environment, and enhance all aspect of unit supply room, S-4

operations, and unit commander's intent. Receive, identify, and inspect, inventory, load, unload, segregate,

store, issue, deliver, and turn-in organization and installation supplies and equipment. Operate unit level

computers (USE), Property Book level computers (PBUSE), Microsoft office, and required websites to include:

LIW, LOGSA, SLAMIS, ETIDS, AIRMS. Prepare all unit/organizational supply documents; sub hand receipts,

Component listings, lateral transfers, Found on Installation (FOI), shortage annex, and change documents.

Maintain automated supply system for account of organizational and installation supplies and equipment.

Maintain Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) including Hand receipts and Inventory Procedures.

Help conduct unit level reconciliations and maintain soldier issue files. Maintain daily log of all transactions,

with the approval from the designated unit personnel. Submit weekly report of all the actions completed for the

week to PAAT Team Lead. Ensure Arms Room documents (FB Form 2488-1E (Arms Room control log) and DA

Form 3749 Equipment Receipt-(Individual Weapon Card)) are properly utilized. Make sure unit supply records

all expendable items be logged out for accountability. Further to ensure that the Armorer has an updated unit

MAL accessible, as part of the Arms Room issuing procedures. Inspects completed work for accuracy and

Property Management Specialist
