dollar train repair facility in Lindenwold, New Jersey. Project
responsibilities included inspection of demolition, sitework, installation
of new utilities, reinforced concrete slabs and walls, building structural
steel erection, exterior metal panels, rubber roof and accessories,
installation of fire pump room and interior finishes for the entire
complex. Conducted weekly progress meetings, wrote and distributed meeting
minutes, prepared and distributed weekly progress reports, approved of
monthly invoices, assisted with the preparation of change orders, tracked
submittals, drafted field change notices, and contractor correspondence.
Selected by Systra Consulting, Inc and Jacobs Engineering, Inc. to manage
the field operations for the American Rehabilitation Recovery Act Program
at several Amtrak locations in 18 states. Improvements incorporated ADA
upgrades at Amtrak Stations. Construction included demolition, sitework,
construction new reinforced concrete platforms, platform lighting, platform
guardrails, constructing new unmanned station buildings, ADA ramps, parking
areas, site grading and new Wheelchair Lift Enclosures. Major duties
included inspection of construction materials in accordance with project

multiple sites weekly. Supervision of construction engineers and
inspectors. Conducting conference call weekly progress meetings, write and
