MERRILL TECHNOLOGIES GROUP - As General Manager of the corporate flagship business unit and driver of
dramatic improvement of internal organizational processes, practices, and accountabilities, we accomplished a sales
throughput increase of 23% and GMP improvement by 11 points. Guiding and working closely with teams in production and
scheduling, safety, quality and utilizing lean tools like the “walk-about” to improve production visibility, we improved on-
time delivery by 27%, and quality 12%. Implemented cost control practices and guided teams to glean reduction in monthly
recurring cost of purchased goods by 28%. Identified opportunities and collaborated with supplier development to approve,
and bring onboard 4 new manufacturing sub-contractors to assist with overload and increase sales volume by $500K/monthly

KRISS USA - As Direct of Operations - Identified and quarterbacked implementation of efficiency tools, good
manufacturing practices, and systems that led to transformation and turnaround of the struggling international weapons
manufacturer. Collaborated closely with the Swiss private owner to improve functionality, longevity and the deliverable of
high quality state-of-the-art weapons; increased product throughput, (from 50 to 70 guns per month to 600 guns per month);
improved supply chain quality and delivery performance to 98.8% approval, eliminated all mechanical product failures that
resulted from miss-aligned outsourcing practices and inadequate internal manufacturing and assembly practices; reduced
costs of purchased items by 24% over a 6 month period and labor costs per manufactured unit by 67%; improved inventory
turns from 1 every two years to 7 inventory turns per year. Developed marketing strategy and display format used in the
international "Shot Show", one of the industry's largest collaborations between weapons manufactures, distributors, and
sellers.

marketing, and execution. Responsible for flagship business unit planning, development, growth,
execution, P&L performance, team development, GMP, profit margin enhancement, business unit capital
expenditure identification-justification, all business function development, and daily operations; interface
and planning with sister business units. Nurturing the internal relationships, providing growth potential

Director of Operations – Scope; Initiated and coached set up of good manufacturing practices and processes that
increased profitability and through-put, oversaw ATF compliance, environmental safety, efficiency and
continuous improvement. Directed negotiations for outside service cost reductions, led improvement of
inventory control and turns, coached engineering effort through internal and external quality
improvements, oversaw new hires process and training, responsible for employee and team development;
collaborated with European counterparts and lead domestic R&D efforts, collaborated with technical
teams in multiple sites throughout Switzerland and US for product development and improvement;
collaborated with sales to grow company presence in the domestic and international markets, directed
weapons training effort and client demonstration events, oversaw preparation of domestic and
