* Reduction in the Foundry Cost from 96.5 to 66.5 Rs/Kg. within last 6 months, metal loss reduction up to 6.6% by improvement in Metal Treatment practices and also increase in VA per Person up to 40K from 32K with effective utilization of Manpower,

* Efficiently used electric furnaces for Melting cum holding production thus saved 1.5 Lac per month in FO consumption.

* Successful development of Greaves components like Cylinder Head, Crank Case, Intake Manifold, Thermostat Cover, also Fleet guard Filter Head castings.

Aurangabad Electricals Ltd. GDC Division:

* Developed Charge Air Pipes & PTO Housing for Daimler India Commercial Vehicle; hand- over production of Manifold & Thermostat Cover castings for Mahindra.

* Successful design & development of Valeo Bypass Body from casting point of view with Tilting GDC technology.

* Successful design & development of Mitsubishi Cover Compressor & Proto type sample submission to Customer.

* Achieved increase in productivity by 10% & reduced Leakage of Greaves 600cc Cyl. Head.

Endurance Tech. Ltd, Pune (Alloy Wheel Division):

* Reduction in overall Plant Rejection of Alloy Wheel from 20.2% to 9.78 % and increased in production of wheel from 220 to 261 Nos./Day/Machine.

* Achieved reduced GDC consumables cost from 16.5 to 13.25 Rs. per Wheel; thus saved foundry consumables cost up to 23 Lacks per Year.
