Employment history

Sports direct- I worked as a casual assistant in my job I was responsible for making

sure that my stand of clothes were neat and tidy before closing down the shop I also

had to clean the floors and I was also trained to work at the tills I also had to watch

out for people who looked suspicious and make sure no one stole from the shop.

This was good for customer service experience because you had to show the

customers were certain items were. Find what they were looking for and make them

feel like they had a good visit

Innervision inc- I worked as a doorstep advisor, I had to advise them to take the

free loan for loft installation in this job I had to talk to more than 100 people in a day

at first it was hard but after the training I was able to talk to anyone and everyone.

We also had to use persuasive techniques to make the customers to take them

Argos warehouse- I worked as a warehouse operative, I had to bring out the stock

and put it in the right place, this was a good experience because it really taught me

to work hard, we had to carry heavy items and push cages.

The range- I had to work as a general assistant, in this job I had to take out stock,

make sure everything was presentable, talk to customer and deal with their

questions I also had to clean and throw away rubbish.
