My duties include patrolling Muskegon Heights project, communicating and interacting with the community and

monitoring activity on surveillance cameras. My responsibility is to observe and report any illegal activity and

to be pro-active in helping the residents stay safe. Customer service skills are a must; I also do surveillance,

investigations, report writing, and re-creation incidents. As an employee for Capital Security I have recruited

as many as four other officers that are still currently employed with us. Paying attention to detail was of up

most importance.

to order. Customer service experience was needed as well because at each delivery you must ensure that

the customer is satisfied with their order and service. I also worked in the warehouse picking the orders and

I drove a fork lift to move materials for machines or to organize the shipping areas. I had full responsibility

of everything related to machines in my cell which were pretty vast. I drove and delivered parts to our other

plants so that they have the right equipment to run the machines there also. Also when needed I operated

the shroud machines?

I started as just a route driver I moved to event services then lead driver. Supervised and recruited employees

for eight summers for setup and break down of special events at Muskegon Summer Celebration. As the lead

driver I was responsible for maintaining inventory and stock of over 500 porta-jons, and delivery's that were

missed or late orders and in-charge of training other drivers. We worked about 50 to 80 hours work a week

in the summer and, 35 to 45 hours in the winter months. I also was in charge of disposal of hazard waste

materials ensuring that waste was dispose of according to company policy.
