parties, ourselves and the overseeing construction company. Even the small things such as organizing the

executive's office I found to be paramount in the process of keeping a productive team.

I represented the friendly face of property management and security in secured commercial office buildings. I was there not only to

check visitor's into the building's guest management systems and arrange for tenants who had forgotten their

access cards to get where they needed to go in a timely manner; but represent both my company and that which we

were subcontracted by in a highly professional, intelligent, and helpful demeanor. Duties only began at what was

out lined in the manual about checking people in, a successful csr was there as a concierge, tour guide, historian,

therapist, GPS system and anything else humanly or inhumanly possible.

restaurant. I attribute the flair and finesse of my customer service to my experience at Nemacolin. I practiced an

amicable ability to up sell without appearing pushy to the guest but rather exciting them about what they were

about to enjoy. I prided myself on my thorough menu knowledge that eventually extended into our wine cellar, the

largest public in PA. I had a dedication to the experience of each guest that I carry with me to every customer

related job I am a part of.
