1) Technical co ordination for Cold Rolling Mill commission. Commissioned 2 6hi mill universal crown

mill, 4hi skinpass mill and corrective line. Mill is running with more than 90% operating efficiency,

time efficiency could not be achieved as shortage of material.

2) Performance testing of Cold Rolling Mill, Skin pass mill and corrective line.

3) Handling Production to achieve daily, monthly, and annual targets of HR slitter, Pickling and

CR slitting lines, and Cold Rolling Mills. 100% Target achived

4) Training of Operators, shift in charge, managers etc…

5) Analysis and Troubleshooting of Problems and taking corrective and preventive measures. 10%

rejection of coolant carry over, brought it to 1%

6) Resource planning based on suitability and availability check

7) Production planning. Market driven scheduling.

8) Minimization of Roll consumption and Oil consumption. Saved 1 dollars per ton in roll consumption

for a production of 18000 mt.

9) Minimization of rejections. Prime yield 9% improvement in one defect of black stain
