I am currently working as a ‘Senior Consultant’ for SAS Middle East FZ LLC. The area

of responsibility covers business solution implementation with focus on SAS IMM suite of

products including SAS Marketing Automation, SAS Marketing Operations Management, SAS

Digital Marketing, SAS Real time Decision Manager, data integration, reporting and business

intelligence. Over all solution design including development of customized modules and

integration with channels and provisioning systems is key focal point. One of the key attributes of

the position is to interact with the business users including senior executives, understand their

needs and to bridge the gap between IT and Business. Managing several clients and successfully

delivering project artefacts within stipulated timelines is at the very core of this position.

Key responsibilities:

- Understanding current business processes and recommending best practices.

Canal Digital AS

I have worked as a ‘SAS Campaign Manager’ at Canal Digital AS Norway.

Responsibilities in this role required implementation, administration, maintenance, support and

enhancement of the SAS Marketing Automation and Analytics environment across different

OPCOS (Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland) of the organization. Interacting, understanding

and gathering requirements from business users was a major part of the role. This includes on site

interactions with users in the Nordic region, user acceptance tests, handover sessions and end user

trainings. The solution in place has followed several end to end project cycles. Taking ownership

complaints logged in the system and carried automatic update of status of different fields based on

various data source and business rules.
