Tavares, FL - 2007-2013 Engineer/Procure/Construct (EPC) enterprise in the

field of Airport Baggage Handling & Screening Systems.

G&T is an entity of the Five Star Airport Alliance (FSAA).

. Responsible for establishment and structuring of all Project Management

and Cross Discipline Procedures for the entire Enterprise

Portfolio/Program.

. Advisor and mentor to all team disciplines, with special emphasis on

Project Managers, regarding appropriate actions, documentation, client

. Developed & maintained a detailed (4,000+ activities), resource loaded

Primavera Master Project Schedule in compliance with an extremely

demanding specification. Included weekly & monthly update requirements.

. Develop monthly pay application with progress data and narrative for

period progress and payment.

subcontractor issues.
