• Work done as O & M of Thermal power plant Coal/Pet Cock/Biomass/MSW based power plant.

• Work done as O & M of Captive power plant Coal/Rice Husk based power plant.

• Work done as O & M of Co-Generation plant Bagasse based Co-Generation plant.

• OPERATION: Responsible for achieving following data’s such as PLF, Heat rate, Efficiency of

Boiler & Turbine, Aux. Consumption, Power Factor, Zero Injury (LTI), Zero LD.

• MAINTENANCE: Effective Maintenance of predictive, Preventive, Repair, Shutdown &

Breakdown.

• CHECKING: Equipments Conditions and Lubricants: Routine/Schedule, Shift, Daily, Weekly,

Monthly, and yearly.

• INTERACTION: INTERNAL : Continuous interaction with Shift In charge, HOD Operation,

HOD Maintenance Power Plant Manager, Other HOD and Executives, Engineers, Boiler

Operators, Fitters, Technicians, Electricians, RO/DM. Chemists & Operators.

• INTERACTION: EXTERNAL: Customers, Vendors, Contractors, Service Providers, And

Visitors.

• SKILL & COMPETENCE : Communication Skills, Operation trouble shooting, Boiler Preservation,
