Implemented Double Bind Data Entry: - This is 3 step process.

1> Data Entry 1:- Data Entry operator 1 Key in Data

2> Data Entry 2:- Blank form gets loaded for Data Entry operator 2

3> QC Check: - This is last step of Data Entry. Form gets opened with

Flagging of mismatch fields.

Double blind ensures high accuracy of Data.

There is no ‘Out-of Box’ support for Double Blind Data entry in thick client(Dot Edit). Hence I

implemented Custom C# Logic.

Implement Signature and Photo cropping logic.

Application should be able to Export data to SQL/Oracle Database/Text files.

Tried to replicate complete workflow from EMC Captiva Formware to IBM Datacap Taskmaster

8.1. Bank’s imaging workflow involved steps like Image Scan, Double Blind Data entry, Data

Export to Core Banking, Data Export Database, Data Export to Repository etc.

Customized Taskmaster workflow Monitor.

Created different Verification Queues depending on Form group.

Currently working on Export To Filenet (P8) part of Project.

HDFC - Forms Processing Application is part of the Account opening system developed for HDFC

Bank by TCS. It provides fast and accurate data capture from scanned images. Data captured by

the application is sent to Core Banking System (Finware). Application also generates daily EOD

reports to be used by the branches. This application is used to open Account for SB (Savings

Bank) forms, TD/FD (Term Deposit/Fixed Deposit) forms, NRI SB forms, NRI TD forms, RD

(Recurring Deposits), Instant forms, Corporate and E-Age forms. HDFC Bank uses EMC Captiva

Formware for its account opening process.

Main steps of Account Opening Flow are

1> Account opening forms are scanned at different WBO locations and CPU locations

2> Scanned forms are FTPed to FormWare imaging di rectory.

3> Using Import application these images are imported to FormWare Jobflow

4> Once an Entry made in FormWare workflow, Image pre-processing, Form

Identification, Image Enhancement, Recognition, data extraction(Dual Data Entry)

and Export to Core Banking is handled by FormWare product

5> Extracted data is FTPed/SFTped to core banking system in different handoff files.

Formware product is thick Client based software.

As module leader I am involved in different activities such as Preparing High Level Estimation

(HLE), Managing team members for deployment activity, Preparing release related documents

including release notes, impact analysis etc.
