Nokia & Alcatel System as RF Optimizer.

. Recommendations for Optimizations of cells by giving
recommendations as Frequency Planning, BSIC change, Define Proper
handover, Hopping parameters as Defining Mismatch RF Parameters,
Antenna Tilt, Azimuth, Antenna Height, Primary verification of
drive data and taking necessary corrective measures, like neighbor
list addition and interference analysis
. Drive test analysis using Post processing Tools using MapInfo.
. Hands on Experience in Drive Testing, Optimization, and Coverage
AT, Generating report.
. Drive Test Report generation.
. Auditing of New Sites and Verifying Hardware, Tilt, Antenna height
& Orientation according to Frequency Planning & Neighbor Planning,
BCCH & BSIC Planning (Using MIPT).
. Responsible for Antenna azimuth, Height & Tilt Planning.
. Network Tuning and optimization with Drive Test Tools TEMS
Investigation.
. Network optimization-using tool: TEMS Investigator, MapInfo, GENEX

. Optimization & Drive Test of multi & single BTS town. Drive test
consist of voice and data drive, including frequency scanning

RX quality, SQI, DTX, TA, Interference, PSC, Ec/Io, RSCP etc, in
optimization I have worked on call drop, block SD drop, block Hosr & kpi
report analysis.
