Fiber Technician upon introduction of Fiber infrastructure in 2005. Played

advertising materials and word-of-mouth. Served as first customer contact
before/after maintenance and installations of FIOS services and installs.
Completed multiple work orders for installation and maintenance of
Internet, Television, and Telephone services for residential and business
customers. Ran fiber optic drops from telephone pole to premise on aerial
