preparing demo databases with client-specific information, defining the meeting purpose, managing

presentation content, and more, within set time and other agency-defined constraints

Lead various sessions at Housing and Development Software’s Annual User Conference, including

working groups, hands-on product trainings, and presentation of new software products; Also organize

and conduct user-driven focus group sessions throughout the calendar year
