distribution centers in the U.S. and worldwide. Manage an annual logistics budget of $70M. Manage ISO-tank fleet of 300 units, rail

car fleet of 155 units, 25 distribution centers and toll manufacturers, 13 bulk chemical shore tank operations, and 12 rail car terminals.

regulatory documentation for import/export activities.

Key Accomplishments:

• Worked with domestic and global corporate entities to gather and maintain all supply chain costs for total landed costs across all

product groups for the first time in the companies 20 year history.

• Provided analysis of the current market in the RFQ and nomination of a single global freight forwarder. Reduced the number of

freight forwarders from seven to one enabling global visibility to shipments.

• Performed supply chain analysis of shipper-leased ISO-tanks based on turnaround time. Optimized fleet with a 30% reduction of

ISO-tanks resulting in $30,000 in annual savings and increased average turnaround time with existing fleet.

• Implemented MRP strategies for six export and three foreign trade zone distribution centers that led to decreased stock-outs by

50% on critical materials that were on allocation.
