key metrics from FY08 to FY11, including...

- 62.22% increase in plant efficiency as well as 59% reduction in

waste.

- $127K in annual savings by eliminating changeover times.

- 31% reduction in overtime while increasing units per man hour by

30%.

. Drove adoption of 6-S practices to improve plant rating from "C" to

"A" with a score of 91%.

. Contributed to successful bid for new contract (5M+ units and $4.2M+

in annual sales) with California Prison Industry Authority by

overseeing adjustments to formula and process to ensure alignment with

nutritional requirements and unique specifications; additionally,

developed supply and logistical plans.
