Responsibilities: I supervised five tellers in day to day transactions and

was a contact person for six head tellers in our banking center. As the

head teller for our branch I was responsible for staffing of our tellers to

ensure we were fully staffed to wait on customers during the week and on

Saturdays, approving timecards, making sure that the vault, cash

dispensers, atm, and all teller drawers were balanced, helped the tellers

with making referrals and cross selling of our products, processed incoming

and outgoing collections, as well as making sure that any teller probations

or warnings were processed and reviewing monthly reports to make sure that

our branch had completed everything within the audit guidelines. I also

waited on customers helping them with their daily transactions. As the

banking center head teller I was responsible for the balancing of cash,

tellers over and short, collections and monthly reports for our audit

department for

the whole banking center, making sure that quarterly audits were done for

the whole banking center, researching outages of the tellers in the whole

banking center, helping the other head tellers resolve any problems they

may have, processed reports showing the number of transactions each teller

ran for the month as well as their outages and errors, I also was the go

between person between our banking center and our home office in Jackson,

Ms. I was responsible for making sure that all currency transaction reports

had been completed and I was responsible for making sure that each of our

branches stayed

under the cash limit set for the branch. I was responsible for handling all

returned deposit items I checked the accounts to see if any special

instructions needed to be placed and contacted the branch that the account

was opened and worked with that branch manager to help collect the funds

for the returned items so we didn't take a loss for that item. I was also

trained to be a backup Customer Service person and opened accounts when we

were short handed.

Reason for leaving: I was offered a job at BankPlus with better hours, pay

and an opportunity for promotion.

Responsibilities: I supervised eleven full-time and part-time tellers. My

duties included training all new tellers, helping find any teller outages,

processed reports showing the number of transactions and errors that each

teller had for the month, I made schedules for our Saturday tellers,

processed time cards, processed incoming and outgoing collections for all

three of the Olive Branch locations. I was responsible for placing the

tellers on probation or giving any type of warning that was needed. I

customer shops. I ordered and shipped money for our branch and maintained

teller was out of the offices I preformed her duties of making schedules,
