network, I hired a network of Country VPs to establish Clinical Trials leading to Sales of Laser treatments as well as
established new product supply chain management in the area of infection control. I believe my strategic leadership
position at the board level will help build alliances with my software company and other JV opportunities in Medical

Randolph, VT
CEO & Investor
I negotiated the purchase of this 19 year software development service business to expand upon their expertise as a
gold certified Microsoft Sharepoint consulting service provider. Established strategic goals to focus on Business
Intelligence for Financial Services, Healthcare, Government and Energy Contractors. Recruited and trained a very
capable team of developers and general manager to oversee day to day operations of the IT software consulting
business. Current developments include an e-prescription platform that is in alpha testing to provide a 360 degree
portal for patients, providers, insurance and pharmacies.
Spectrum Technology Partners LLC (03/1992 - present)
South Burlington, VT
President & CEO
After successfully completing my employment obligations subsequent to the sale of my specialty photoresist
company to Olin Hunt Microelectronics, I established a supply chain management and engineering company for
capital equipment manufacturers to the Semiconductor and Solar Industry. Relying on my industry credibility,
engineering background, and sales skills I was able to sell over $1B in systems over 6 years. My most significant
accomplishment was to adapt the systems manufactured in Japan by Dainippon Screen to meet the needs of IBM
which overcame cultural and language barriers to set a record in sales of $360mm in one order. This sales and
marketing consulting business has expanded to include cost recovery management and equipment leasing via an
alliance with Blue Coast Financial Group. Recruited and established a global network of agents providing supply chain
management from SEMI to Solar Industries
Support Resources Holdings, INC (SRH) (08/2004 - 2007)
South Burlington, VT
Founder & Chairman
I founded Support Resources Holdings, Inc. as the first third party outsource service provider for turn key Repair and
Maintenance to the Semiconductor Industry. I structured SRH as the holding company to merge my outsource field
service engineering company Prismsupport LLC and then negotiated the acquisition of ATMI's fab services division
to provide the platform for a one stop outsource company to our SEMI customers like IBM, Intel, and Hynix with 5
strategic sites in North America and Ireland. I formed wholly owned subsidiaries under the Support Resources brand
anticipating future acquisitions of companies in each segment of service offerings to be fully integrated per my
business plan. The business growth from $1mm in sales in 2002 to $12mm in sales in 2007 was 50% via strategic
acquisitions and 50% organic growth. I led all aspects of the business including the first two rounds of outside
investment and a successful exit at a valuation just under $100mm.
Prism Support LLC (08/2001 - 08/2004)
South Burlington, VT
President & CEO
Formed Prism Support LLC as the first outsource field service engineering company supplying technical support and
repair to the Semiconductor Industry. Customers included Integrated Circuit manufacturers like IBM and OEM's like
Lam Research, AMAT, and Ebara. I managed the company to be profitable in the first year of existence and I was
able to attract outside investment to grow the company from the Northeast region to North America and later via
acquisition to include operations in Ireland. This success established the first mover acceptance of the business
model to provide a third party solution for outsource repair and maintenance services. Merged this business into
SRH in 2004.
Lam Research Corp (06/1998 - 08/2001)
Williston, Vermont
World Wide Director & GM
At Lam Research I had P&L responsibility for global operations dedicated to IBM. All functional areas reported to me
including sales, service, R&D, process development, application engineering and customer satisfaction dedicated to
IBM Microelectronics manufacturing locations in the US, Canada, France, and Japan. I coordinated my dedicated IBM
team of 130 scientists, engineers and sales professionals within Lam Research to insure the more than $500mm in
systems sold to IBM met their performance expectations. I was able to lead the effort for Lam Research first
offerings from beta to commercial 300mm technology installed at IBM in NY and later in VA.
Olin Corporation, Olin Hunt Microelectronics (01/1990 - 03/1992)
West Paterson, NJ
General Manager
I was the youngest General Manager in Olin Corp. responsible for a recent acquisition in thin films technology with
manufacturing in Il, R&D in CT and Product development in Brussels, Belgium. I managed a diverse team that by
1992 was the most profitable division in Olin with many breakthroughs including a SiC spin on source. I helped form
the strategic alliance with Ciba Geigy which later was the spin off for all microelectronics assets from Olin.
Olin Corporation, Olin Hunt Microelectronics (06/1987 - 01/1990)
West Paterson, NJ
Product Marketing Manager
After the merger of my specialty photoresist company into Olin Hunt I was relocated to division headquarters to
head up product development for dyed photoresists. I brought to Olin product marketing and development expertise
for Application Specific Photo Resist, trademarked as ASPR. I had an R&D team in RI and later with Ciba Geigy in
Switzerland, product management in Brussels and NJ, and a dedicated world wide sales team. In three years we set
the corporate record for sales and profits of a new product line in photoresist.
Spectrum Resist LLC (01/1985 - 06/1987)
Foster City, CA
Marketing Manager
Formed my first start up and signed a Joint Venture agreement with Laporte Industries in London. Set up chemical

profitable within one year. Later negotiated the sale of product line from Laporte to Olin Corp.
