Responsibilities included studying and analyzing Oceane viz a viz Clarify
and preparing SWOT analysis; identifying gaps and opportunity areas and
finding and defining solutions to address the gaps if any to help migrate
business and users. This included analyzing user, customer processes and
work flow models amongst the two tools and developing new processes and
migration strategies to reduce customer dis-satisfaction, if any as a
result of migration to new tool. Defined governance model to manage the
complete program that included several applications and interfaces to
