Responsibilities included studying and analyzing Oceane viz a viz Clarify

and preparing SWOT analysis; identifying gaps and opportunity areas and

finding and defining solutions to address the gaps if any to help migrate

business and users. This included analyzing user, customer processes and

work flow models amongst the two tools and developing new processes and

migration strategies to reduce customer dis-satisfaction, if any as a

result of migration to new tool. Defined governance model to manage the

complete program that included several applications and interfaces to

assist in the migration. Also included preparing communication plans,

several man-hours spent in drafting advisories prone to human errors and

not in time. The system designed was such that all issues, concerns of

Customer Site Management Project: Eliminate and reduce data inconsistencies

in the provisioning and fault management chain by creating a repository for

provider Italtel were non-SNMP compliant and the complete project had to be

managed to provide a solution to be able to integrate alarms and traps

generated by MSEM were integrated with in-house developed automation engine

- IAS, NEST and MAS.

EAI Transition Project: Objective to transfer complete ownership -

development, maintenance, Quality, Project Management, Platform Support,

Post Production Support for a certain class of applications - EAI from a

third party outside organization to in-house.

proposing solution, customizing the solution per the needs and finally

implementation of the same. This required me to be located onsite at Nike

headquarters in Beaverton in Oregon for almost a year's time during

to the tune of 750,000 USD annually in the form of license cost towards the

usage of Net Reality solutions implemented earlier.

Responsibilities: As part of the product development team, entrusted with

the task of product designing and development to monitor CISCO based

networks. Required development on LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)

architecture to contain product costs to as low as possible. Required

complete product documentation and coding standards to be followed with

thorough data flow diagrams etc.

SmartManage came out to be a money spinner, bonanza product developed and

can even be found at google. Received Business Idea of the Year award from

the CEO - Eureka moment.
