• Isothermal amplifications (LAMP and Helicase LAMP) with clinical samples (Tuberculosis).

• Literature search for isothermal amplification techniques like LAMP(Loop Mediated

Amplification) and Helicase LAMP etc.,

• Comparative study on 22 types of Isothermal amplifications and prepare a detailed review of

them in specific to Mycobacterium using NCBI Pubmed and Google advanced scholar search.

• Isolation of Mycobacterial DNA from lysed culture.

• Perform Isothermal amplification of the isolated DNA using LAMP in Real time PCR machine

and probes for different molecular biology experiments had been designed. This tool has

many sub tools which can be used in designing primers for various experiments like Detect of

gene expression, RTPCR while overcoming genomic DNA contamination, cloning, Micro

Array, Real time PCR etc.,

Description: Three rabbits were selected for this project, one as Control, second fed with

cholesterol along with normal diet and another with cholesterol, normal diet and treatment. The

cholesterol concentration before treatment and after treatment was calculated in liver, kidney and

blood using biochemical experimental methods. The treatment has given satisfactory results.
