Highlights of experience

Supervise the operration and maintenance of the plant utility systems, including stem

boilers and distribution systems, gas-firedd cogeneration systems, electrical

engines and auxiliary equipment such as : boilers, pumps, compressors, pollution

control devices and other equipment to provide heat, ventilation, refrigeration,

and light and power for plants

Prepare standard reliability templates using reliability tools RCM2 FMEA HAZID

Hazop and FAT’s

Provide input into the development and setup of a computer management

maintenance system

Analyze and record instrument readings and repair equipment malfunctions

Troubleshoot and perform corrective action and minor repairs to prevent system

failure

Supervise the cleaning and lubrication of generators, pumps, and compressors and

other routine equipment maintenance duties

Identify preventative and predictive maintenance tasks and list to assess the root

cause of failure problems

Specify rotating equipment repair procedures, applicable standards, procedures and

guidelines

Determine methods to acquire and analyze data vibration, alignment, oil samples and

ultrasound, prepare diagrams, charts, drawings and make required calculations

Maintain a daily log of operation, maintenance and safety activities and write reports

about plant operations

Assist in the development of operation, maintenance and safety procedures

Monitor and inspect plant and equipment, computer terminals, switches, valves,

gauges, alarm, meter and other equipment malfunctions to ensure plant equipment

is operating at maximum efficiency

Supervise and mentor other engineers and trade professionals

Provide leadership and direction in troubleshooting and maintenance.

Electro-Mechanical Engineer HVAC, Ammonia refrigeration experience. Delta V
