mechanics, four electricians, storeroom clerk. Built and maintained
maintenance budget of $4MM through condition based budgeting and equipment
condition analysis. Implemented the CMMS system (SAP) at our plant and
created the equipment hierarchy, maintenance plans and maintenance task
lists for two kiln lines and the auxiliary equipment. Developed a matrix of
maintenance KPIs to analyze the department's efficiency and equipment
downtime. Root Cause Failure Analysis leader at plant level.

Failure analysis of dust collection system improved environmental
liability of plant and
resulted in product savings of $25K/year.
Failure analysis of lime producing process resulted in savings of $500K
in conveyor belts.
