Maintenance Production Manager (Superintendent) - United States Air Force
6/2008 to 6/2011
Directed and planned the maintenance production of 300+ technicians,
across 9 diverse maintenance specialties. Maintained and inspected
critical equipment valued at $650M+. Established daily production
priorities, created workflow schedule, delegated tasks and dispatched
specialists that ensured daily production goals were met. Scheduled
inspections, preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to ensure
customers had equipment to meet their needs.
. Motivated and trained technicians to complete 4,000+ annual repairs
and 2,500 annual scheduled maintenance events with a 98% on-time
completion rate. Utilized effective scheduling, time management and

78% rate within a single shift. Quickly improved to 89.6% equipment

Force 7/2006 to 5/2008
Oversaw 28 personnel performing phase inspections, the complete tear-down,
inspection, maintenance and rebuild process that included checking all
components for serviceability and safety and operational checks of all
systems. Coordinated logistics of ordering and receiving all necessary
supplies.
. Planned and coordinated the production schedule for 3,700 maintenance
tasks, hundreds of time-sensitive inspections or repairs, 450+
upgrades and modifications and 37 phase inspections annually.
. Played a key role in team's 99% on-time completion rate and 96% QA
pass rate. Created annual strategic plan that forecasted equipment,
parts, supply and staffing requirements to meet customer needs.
. Consolidated maintenance and inspection efforts in order to streamline
the inspection production flow. Used Lean principles to save more than
70 hours per year as a result.
. Oversaw all forms management, data entry and documentation of every
maintenance and inspection action. Audited maintenance records to
ensure accuracy rates of 98.5% or greater.
Equipment Manager (Support Section Chief) - United States Air Force
5/2003 to 6/2006
Supervised 32 technicians that controlled accountability, maintained and
issued 400 tool kits, 14 vehicles, 8,500 technical orders, and 841 support
equipment items valued at $25M+.
. Hand-selected to transform ailing support section; quickly rearranged
section's floor plan and re-inspected 200+ equipment items. Increased
section's quality assurance pass rate by more than 30%.
. Led special projects; divided a single support section into 2
independent operating units; transported equipment, tool kits and
hazardous waste to establish new operating locations. Both sections
were set up and running within the 30-day project timetable.
. Delivered quality maintenance that led to an impressive 95.1% success
rate with no missed production deadlines due to maintenance concerns
and an 86% on-time production rate, both achievements were the best
rates among all units in the division.
. Coordinated resources, equipment and personnel necessary to complete
equipment fleet modification and upgrade project 2 months ahead of
