Gulf eagle Supply/Weather-Tek
- Responsible for complete startup of the residential side of Gulfeagle/Weather-Tek in Pewaukee, WI, having
very little material on the floor and needing inventory fast, moved quickly to get all proper accessory items
in stock and ready for selling at maximum margins
- Did approximately $1 million in sales first year here with myself and one outside salesman.
- Responsible for keeping all inventories on hand, setting up price levels for customers, running inventory
reports to keep inv. at certain dollar amounts
- Getting new customers through outside sales and increasing sales while keeping margins up.
- Negotiating prices with my vendors so I can maximize our margin on any and all sales
- Projecting sales numbers and keeping on track to hit those numbers
- Overseeing all warehouse duties to make sure orders go out on time and correctly; double checking all trucks
before they leave for jobsites
- Over seeing warehouse personnel on any decisions that need to be made
- Responsible for showroom maintenance and displays/new products to be shown to contractors

- Responsible for all inventory cycle counts conducted weekly/monthly
- Ensured the accuracy of all incoming materials through materials and paperwork verification
- Maintained targets for Inventory Turns to ensure corporate compliance was met or exceeded
