Report Preparation: I was responsible for the preparation of Quarterly Reports submitted to the

Commonwealth of Kentucky – Dept Transportation

Front Office: I met and greeted all customers & Vendors that came into the office. Checked in

patients, verified all information, and made copies of any and all documents needed for physician.

Services, basically anything that the customer needed. Processed payments with Visa, MasterCard,

Vehicle Manufacturing Inc in July 2002 and worked for until I left the company in April 2004 due to health

related problems. At the time she was hired, I was seeking an Assistant for myself within the Accounting

Department. Linda excelled in every duty she was assigned. She is a quick learner, a very motivated self starter

and most of all she gave the Company 110% each and every day. Linda is dependable and will do whatever it

a period, Linda was transferred to the Purchasing Department and successfully transformed that position into a

also assisted in the Operation of her Husband’s business so her day was not done when she left the office but I

that allows her to adapt easily and quickly. I personally could not have stepped out of the Accounting
