radio and dispatch system. Compile test requirements for an automated SVT system in LabVIEW.
G2 Technologies, Hardware Engineer 12/2012 to 4/2013
• Designed Industrial automation systems used for assembly, inspection, measurement and test.
Technologies applied include multi axis motion control, high speed line scan cameras, pneumatic control
and prep, encoders, and misc. sensors (proximity, mass flow, pressure, temperature, strain gauge). All
systems were designed around National Instrument’s PXIe, cRIO, and cDAQ chassis.

RL Test Engineer / Manufacturing Test Engineer III
• Architect for Lab 126’s white papers on Gen3 test requirements (Soup to Nuts) for multiple families of hand
held electronic devices (E Readers and Tablets). These documents were used for all phases of the product
life cycle including Engineering Validation, Operations, Reverse Logistics and ORT.
• Developed automated functional test fixture hardware, processes and software (LabVIEW) for validating
PMIC, Blu tooth/WiFi, Cap Touch, Accelerometer, Gyroscope, eMMC, DDR, Prox sense, E Ink/LCD display
and other peripheral subsystems for ARM based Android embedded controller devices (SOC) using Lean
manufacturing concepts for high volume manufacturing. Specified BIST and DUT diagnostic command sets

Achievements
• Developed a common test system that was 80% lower in cost while having increased test coverage and
performance over our previous generation tester, saving a total cost over $4.1 million in capital equipment.
The modular clamshell design allowed easy adaption for future products yielding even higher savings.
• Accelerated product development by introducing completed test systems prior to the Engineering Validation
cycle, allowing Engineering to leverage parametric data for reducing design iterations.

Validation Testing of a MEMS based Gyroscope. Designed an ultra low noise test interface adapter for a
wafer prober test station used for screening devices at the die level.

generator allowed program scripts to simulate actual field usage for all Jukeboxes and optical drives. This
software package enabled us to accurately assess actual machine performance and improve product
reliability /production yields.
Designed and developed a universal test software program for testing servo subsystems. This software

program replaced written test procedures and eliminated operator error. The advent of this software
reduced operations time by 80 percent.
Lockheed Missiles and Space Co. (Aerospace and Defense) 1981 to 1990

• Supported Field Operation in test, validation, and maintenance of support equipment used for the Trident
submarine launched missile program. Duties also included troubleshooting and modifying this equipment
