Sound Service, Maintenance, Fault Finding and trouble shooting on both engine side
and Generator side of different types of Generator such as 5kw, 10k, 15kw, 30kw trouble
shooting have conducted to power supply failure and Mechanical Failier. Expertise in TM
International and Level of service. Administrate duties included Technical Inspection and
prepare 2404.
2010-2012
MHE Foreman/Lead Power Generation Mechanic/RTCH operator
Repair and Inspection Generators from 3 KW to 800 KW (F.G Wilson, Olypain, Cummins,
Amida, Magnum, MEP 003A to 007A and MEP 802A to MEP 806A&B). Expertise in TM
Interpretation and all levels of service on these Generators and light sets. Administrative duties
included technical inspection and prepare 2404 maintenance sheet, trouble shooting on all
kinds of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, AC, pneumatic systems. Replace Hydraulic
cylinders, hydraulic pumps and drives, conduct service for monthly, quarterly, bi-annually,
various military vehicles and non tactical vehicles. Manage employee on the proper procedures
in safety and environmental cancers of equipments and chemical product used. Comply with
material safety data sheet (MSDS), maintain personnel and vehicle status and accountability,
determine fault and identify parts needed to expedite repair.

on all equipments before proceeding the work. Made weekly Inspection and maintenance.

Certified Kalmar Operator (DRF 450) for loading and off loading all kinds of container
on Trucks. Staking and De-staking all kinds of containers. Operating forklift (4k, 6k, 10k and
15k ) for loading off loading Air force cargo pallets on truck and spreading the Air force pallets
on the ground. Driving the cargo truck for Transporting cargo and delivering to the different
units. Scheduling Transporting Movement Request (TMRs) by the costumer as per priorities.

Shop Foreman/ Lead Mechanic over 592 non- tactical vehicles and SUV’s for the US
Civilian Police Program (CIVPOL) which serviced over 1000 employees. Vehicles fleet
include:04’ Tahoe (soft skin and armored), 04’ Suburban (armored vehicle and soft skin
vehicle), 03’ Nissan Patrol ((soft skin and armored vehicle). Also, Ford and GMC, Nissan
armored recovery vehicles. Administrative duties include vehicle accountability, Running the
maintenance shop, Requisition and Issue repair parts, ensure that the Safety and environment
policies, ensure POL products contained in accordance with EPA, Instruct employees on the
proper procedures in safety and environmental concerns, tire alignments and balancing, repair
and maintenance Engine, replace engine and transmission, isolating malfunction, inspection,
disassembly and assembly of Fuel, Electrical, Cooling, brake and drive train systems. Trouble
shooting the malfunctions by using Engine Scanning tool (Tech 2 and Genesis) troubleshooting
air conditioning system, replacement parts as necessary, and recharge Freon gas in the system
with AC recycling machine. Up armor the soft skinned vehicles to armored vehicle with up
armored kit. Inspect the vehicle and make maintenance list before preceding the maintenance,
Quality assurance check after completion on maintenance.

Maintain account of Property Book items thru Inventories and hand receipts. Verifies clerical
computations against physical count of Property Book items, investigates and reports reasons
for discrepancies. Assist in the preparation of inventory reports, disposals, and property book
hand receipts. Assists in the control of movement of property Book items and keeps records of
program assigned vehicle. Performs physical count of Property Book items. Reports and adjust
discrepancies, from physical count versus data, for Property Book inventories. Performs
limited aspects of inventory management, storage management, and property accountability.
