Project –Energy efficiency sensory data collection using rendezvous approach.
Energy is most important requirement of wireless sensor network (WSN), hence sensor
nodes are generally battery powered devices. We choose the Rendezvous node (RN)
selection to improve WSN coverage. We proposed mobi cluster algorithm. The mobi cluster
algorithm consists of five phases. Clustering, RN’s selection, Cluster head (CH) Attachment
to RN’s, Data Aggregation and Forwarding to the RN’s, Communication between RN’s and
Mobile sinks. The simulation of the output has been discovered by using NS2 &TCL, C++
languages. Our project approach resulted in rendezvous node approach to prolong the WSN
life time and also reduce data losses.
Project –Energy efficiency node catching and load balancing in MANET.
In our project, we propose a framework of combining intrusion detection and continuous
authentication in MANETs. In this framework HMAC is used for continuous authentication and
intrusion detection as sensors to detect system security state. We formulate the whole system as a
partially observed hash chaining process considering both system security requirements and resource
constraints. Then we use dynamic programming based STAPLE system to derive the optimal
schemes for both intrusion detection and continuous authentication. Extensive simulations show the
effectiveness of the proposed scheme we analyze the performance evaluated using TCP,UDP
protocols separately. The simulated output has been displayed by NS2 simulator.
Project – Energy meter with prepaid card.
Energy meter with prepaid card can be deployed in almost all the areas where an analog meter is used
based on which any particular measurement is charged. Efficiently this project can be implemented
for electricity billing system. This project shall help in getting rid of the normal means of measuring
the readings using analog meter and manual amount calculation. In this project the consumer pays the
amount as per their requirements, they will get the power until the set threshold limit post which they
must recharge their account. Here the recharge amount and the consumer id are stored in EEPROM.
The meter contains special circuits which are designed for monitoring the power usage. Based on the
usage, the amount will be reduced and the balance amount will be stored. Both the consumed power
and balance will be displayed on LCD. The project implementation reduces the manual work greatly
and the human errors made while taking readings and calculating the amount.
