responding to SAP HR production issues and research. This included testing

and a series of Change Management for SOX compliance with HR team members.

I also provide end user training for SAP upgrades as well during

implementation. I have acted as a liaison between end users, Health &

Welfare, as well as our 3rd party vendors for report specification design

and program testing.

Throughout my career, I've consistently reduced corporate costs serving in

these positions while building trusted development partnerships with

internal departments, external customers, vendors and end product users. In

addition, I am a highly skilled manager of both people and resources with a

track record of bringing out the best in both staff and the bottom line,

and can easily translate these skills to bring out the best in your
