• Expressed and purified an Arabidopsis photosynthetic protein of the Green Cut gene (the GC11), in a

• Achieved transformation of Escherichia coli for the expression of a His-tag and a MBP-GC11
recombinant protein, to purify the protein, and reported the results of my experiments.
• In a GLPs environment, performed routine laboratory experiments and maintenance routine procedure
