PROJECT SYNOPSIS

• Difference in the social and mental ability of normal and learning disability children

Methodology used was questionnaire method. The result shows that children with learning disability lack

in their cognitive development when compared to normal children

• Standardization and formulation of sprouted green gram powder incorporated products

The developed products (puttu, idiayappam and noodles) were subjected to sensory evaluation using

hedonic rating test, nutrient analysis and microbial analysis. The results showed that the products are rich

in nutritive value and low in microbial load.
