Academic Projects
Android APP Development Project – Fun Trip:
Designed and implemented an Android APP Fun Trip as a useful trip journal and a Web Server to interact with the
mobile device client side by technology like httpPost. Services include files upload and download, account
management, friend management, sharing data with friends, image processing, etc. Client side is developed in
Android SDK, server side is built in PHP-MySQL. Web version of the APP is also built and some ideas can be added
into the project. The final idea is to build a trip-based SNS application.
Communication Networks Programming:
Designed a communication system which provided unicast and multicast services in a small scale topology. Designed
the protocol based on packets forwarding (socket). Focused on the algorithm of obtaining the optimum forwarding
table (Based on OSPF) accommodates to changing topology.
Software Engineering Web Application:
Implemented Bayesian Curve Fitting for stocks price forecast. Built a Web Application based on PHP-Apache-
MySQL. Implemented the calculation module based on auto regression and polynomial regression.
Bachelor Graduation Project related to image processing:
Designed image processing program to check and correct location and direction of components on production line
with the lowest time-cost in C++, using classical detection algorithm (edge detection, Hough transform) as well as
self-designed detection algorithm. Implemented in CCStudio environment based on TI-DSP.
