Work Experience

1. Analyst - Payroll processing at ANZ Support Services, Bangalore from

September 2008 to April 2009 and from April 2010 to May 2011

Responsibilities includes collecting the data regarding the termination of

an employee, processing the termination, calculations of the final

settlements and preparing the final paper work of employee.

Software used: PeopleSoft, Microsoft Office, VBA macros.

. Operational:

o Maintaining leave records and advance records

o Assemble, analyze and update data weekly, monthly, quarterly and

annually.

o PF, ESI, P. Tax accruals

o Keep accuracy by maintaining the payroll controls.

o Work in partnership with the system analyst to resolve the

problems.

o Single Point of Contact for internal / External audits in

payroll section.

. Termination Processing :

o Confirm the salary, payroll, leave data and benefit for

accuracy.

o Carry out the research of process and discrepancies.

o Put in order the general entries and check requisitions.

o Gratuity calculations for the eligible terminated employees.

o Full and final settlement of the terminal employees.

o Preparation of resignation acceptance letters

processing - A contribution towards de-risking the tasks from
