Doha Qatar as a "Batching Plant Operator" Since July-2010 to til

now.

SKILL AND EXPERTNESS

Oversee work co-ordination undertaking independent responsibilities in

execution of maintenance job like Batching Plant as well as Crusher Plant.

(SUPLIER ELBA, IMER,O.CUOGHI & METSO, PUZZOLANA) in that Mixer stage,

Cement &

Water scale stage, Skip bucket and Bin Hooper. Scale type Belt Conveyor,

Impactor Crusher and Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher, Vibrator, Feeder and Screen

etc. Ensure its requirement and co-ordination with superior.

CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES

> Full running of plant for getting regular production.

> Complete inspection of all equipment in Batching and Crusher Plant,

determine necessary repair and complete actual repair as needed.

> Maintain day to day running. This includes removing and replacing

worn parts, also replaced motor, flexi couplings and sprocket. I

repair and overhauled conveyor belts.

> Complete general welding repair of equipment based on Batching and

Crusher Plant.

> Repair, construct, and install Hands Rail, Ladders.

> Use and maintain in the normal daily job function the following, list

of tools.

> Coordinate with area Maintenance supervisor and engineering on

project and maintenance, prepare material lists.

> Knowledge of safety precaution and safety hazards used of safety

appliance as per job etc.

> Executing all job as per company rules.

> Following all safety rules and caring traffic inside the company

/plant.

> Attending daily per-start safety meeting.
