Skills and current job duties: Accepting and logging
rent/mortgage payments into Rent Manager/Microsoft
Excel, conducting, reading and approving/denying
background reports for interested potential tenants, Making
deposits, typing and posting various notices, working with
a legal team through email/phone on issues such as
evictions, liens or other legal reasons, selling onsight
mobile homes, spending time in the park trying to keep if
free of unsightly yard trash, maintaining bathrooms and
laundry facility while keeping a professional and friendly
relationship with the community.
