EXPERIENCE:

11/12 to Present - Quality Assurance Specialist (GGFR), Aviation and

Missile Research Development and Engineering Center (AMRDEC), Dugway, UT

Ensure contractor compliance with Service directives and instructions by

monitoring and evaluating Contractor's Procedures, task certifications, and

maintenance requirements for all Government-owned aircraft and related

support equipment. Performs scheduled/unscheduled inspections and

oversights of critical tasks and monitors contractor's compliance with the

contractor's Foreign Object Damage Prevention Program. Ensure contractor

follows established maintenance and safety procedures for Engineering Tests

in accordance with Test Plan requirements. Annually review contractor

procedures and as required review maintenance requirements for Engineering

Tests. Work closely with Site Manager's, Defense Contractor Management

Agency, and personnel to ensure adequate Safety standards are met. Perform

annual surveys. Assist and advise personnel regarding Safety concerns

aboard Dugway Proving Grounds.

12/08 to 11/12 - Site Safety Manager/ASO/Quality Assurance Engineer

AAI Corporation, Dugway, UT

Responsible for the overall safety of personnel and equipment. Ensure

proper safety and maintenance procedures are in place utilizing risk

management assessments and internal audits. Conduct ground and flight

mishap investigations to include personal injury. Ensure all missions are

conducted in accordance with published directives from both AAI and the

Army. Review manuals for appropriate and applicable safety procedures.

Coordinate the proper storage, handling, and disposal of hazardous

materials. Implement risk mitigation to accommodate test flight

operations. Work closely with Site Manager, Government Field

Representative, and Defense Contractor Management Agency to improve Site
